Located in the Perth Hills Wine Region, Fairbrossen wines are some of the regions best. With fruit on their very own Carmel Vineyard (2HA) and Margaret River (4HA)

This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from our Margaret River Vineyard. Our vineyard is nestled at the head of the Wilyabrup Brook in the prime viticultural growing area of the Margaret River wine region. We established the 2.5 Ha vineyard in 1995 and planted Chardonnay (Gin Gin), Cabernet Sauvignon (Houghton clone), and Malbec (C6V11). In 2020, we acquired a further 2 Ha of the same site and currently planted Shiraz and Chenin Blanc.

The vineyard management is focused on low to moderate yields, and we maintain limited inputs when the season permits. Fruit grown from this vineyard makes our single vineyard wines. Winemaking employs a ‘hands-off’ approach, so the wines express the wonderful terroir of Wilyabrup within the Margaret River district.

At Fairbrossen Winery, grapes are pressed to taste, and no additives are used. Native yeasts are encouraged on all grape varieties.
