Flowstone Moonmilk White 2025 is a beautifully expressive Margaret River white blend that brings together perfume, texture and freshness without feeling heavy or overly sweet. Made from 48% Pinot Gris, 25% Viognier, 21% Gewürztraminer and 6% Sauvignon Blanc, every variety adds something different to the final wine.
Pinot Gris provides pear, apple and palate weight, while Viognier brings softness and stone fruit. Gewürztraminer adds its unmistakable floral perfume and gentle spice, with Sauvignon Blanc contributing freshness and lift. Expect citrus blossom, dusky rose petals, pear skin and red apple, followed by lychee, stone fruit and subtle sweet spice. The palate is generous and layered, finishing dry with a savoury, chalky mineral edge.
