Tasting Notes

Aromatics: Clean citrus, lemon and grapefruit pith, with mineral notes and a restrained, flinty feel.
Palate: Tightly structured and lean, driven by citric freshness and fine mineral texture. Bright and vibrant in youth, with a more serious Chardonnay shape.
Finish: Long, crisp and focused, built for gradual development in bottle.

I love the fact that the wines are all West Australian, so supporting local and lower carbon footprint. He delivers when it’s convenient for me and brings the wine to my door.
