Beautiful delicate green colour, the wine opens up with citrus, apple, lime and lovely toasty and complex aromatics. Lovely concentration of flavour, texture, vibrant acidity and a full but gentle elegant finish. A refreshing line of acidity gives the wine a lovely fresh finish. Food pairings include wine mushroom gnocchi or richer flavoured seafood dishes.
