• Palate: A ripe combination of black cherry and plums, with a soft chocolatey mid-palate leading to a long finish of well-integrated oak and fine tannins.
• Finish: Smooth, balanced, and elegant with lingering oak and fine tannins.

• Merlot: A popular red grape variety known for its plush texture and ripe fruit flavours. This wine is made from 100% Merlot grapes.
• Vanillin Oak: Oak barrels are used for aging the wine, and vanillin is a compound in oak that imparts a vanilla-like aroma and flavour to the wine.
• French Oak Barriques: Barriques are small oak barrels that help to shape the wine, adding flavour and texture. French oak is known for imparting subtle spice and vanilla notes.
• Mulberry & Plum: These fruits are common tasting notes in Merlot, providing rich, ripe flavours in the wine.
• Tannins: Natural compounds in wine that come from the skins, seeds, and oak. Tannins contribute to the wine’s structure and give it a drying sensation on the palate.

Best Serving Temp:

Serve slightly chilled, around 16°C, to enhance the vibrant fruit character and the smooth oak finish. If being stored at room temperature place in the fridge for about an hour prior to serving.
