If you’ve enjoyed Kirk’s Lemonade, Creaming Soda, or even their famous ginger beer, it’s time to give this Margaret River Chilled Shiraz a swirl and discover a whole new side of Kirk’s.
This Shiraz offers a juicy and approachable experience from the first pour. It presents a bouquet of ripe morello cherries and a hint of plum and oak, contributing to a fresh and vibrant fruit character.
On the palate, this lighter bodied style Shiraz features a noticeable oak influence, adding a layer of complexity. The texture is juicy, with light tannins providing modest structure. Flavours of dark red berries are complemented by earthy and herbal notes, with the acidity coming through prominently. The finish is clean and sharp with a big fruit presence and a touch of oak, making it a suitable choice for casual meals, everyday drinking and a BBQ.
