Aromatics: Redcurrant, raspberry and cherry, with violets, bay leaf and a light dusting of cocoa and spice.
Palate: Medium-bodied with vibrant red fruits and a silky texture. Fine tannins build gently through the mid-palate, giving shape and length without drying the mouth out.
Finish: Long, savoury and tidy, with lingering red fruit, soft spice and a faint mineral edge.
