Moss Wood Amy’s Blend 2024 (375ml)

halliday top 5 star winery logo

Moss Wood Amy’s Blend of 2024 brings together Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec in a rich but approachable Margaret River red. Cabernet Sauvignon forms the backbone, contributing blackcurrant, structure and length. Merlot softens the middle of the palate, Malbec adds juicy dark fruit and Petit Verdot provides colour, perfume and additional tannin.

The result is a medium to full-bodied wine filled with ripe blackcurrant, blueberry and plum. Violet, red liquorice and dark chocolate add complexity, while subtle cedar, spice and earthy notes sit quietly behind the fruit. This 375ml half-bottle is ideal when a full bottle is more than you need. It provides approximately two generous glasses or three smaller pours, making it perfect for dinner, a quiet evening or one final glass without opening a full-sized bottle.

Why You Will Love It

  • The perfect half-bottle: A convenient 375ml size when you only want two or three glasses.
  • Two 95 point reviews: Highly rated by both Ray Jordan and Angus Hughson.
  • Classic Margaret River Cabernet blend: Made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot.
  • Rich and fruit-forward: Packed with blackcurrant, blueberry, plum and other ripe dark fruits.
  • Subtle oak influence: Matured exclusively in previously used French oak barrels, allowing the fruit to remain the focus.
  • Enjoyable now: Generous fruit makes it approachable while young, particularly with some time to breathe.
  • Can also develop: Fine tannins and fresh acidity provide enough structure for careful medium-term cellaring.
  • Excellent with food: A versatile match for steak, lamb, slow-cooked beef, mushrooms and mature cheese.
