Myattsfield Vineyard 2017 Sparkling Magnum
The Myattsfield Vineyard Methode Traditionelle Sparkling is crafted in the classic Methode Traditionelle style, combining 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir. This exceptional cuvée undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, a traditional method that contributes to its high quality. Notably, this Magnum size bottle has spent an impressive 6 years on lees before being disgorged in April 2024, allowing for a refined and complex profile with soft, lifted yeasty notes.
