The Oakover Chenin Blanc has aromas of grapefruit, white jasmine and lemon meringue.
On the palate there is a very allusive character of a perfectly unripe strawberry.
Warmer conditions compared to previous vintages saw harvest get underway beginning of January, with a very hot and dry vintage. This resulted in optimum fruit ripening producing fresh and rich fruit flavours from our well managed blocks.
Goes great with Chicken, light curries or soft cheeses.
