Vinification

The Peccavi No Regrets Cab Merlot is crafted from 100% Estate-grown fruit in the Margaret River region. The blend consists of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot, producing a wine that highlights the best qualities of both varieties. After careful selection, the wine is matured for 6 months in French oak, with 20% new oak providing just the right balance of complexity without overpowering the fruit.

Tasting Notes

This wine presents a saturated fuchsia colour in the glass and opens with a fragrant bouquet of vibrant red and black fruit. Full of energy, it carries chocolatey oak and subtle hints of spice, creating a lively and inviting nose. On the palate, the wine is full to medium-bodied with a plush, soft mouthfeel. The juicy core of berry fruit is complemented by well-integrated tannins, making this a smooth, approachable wine with plenty of depth and character.
