This blend comprises 55% Shiraz, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 19% Merlot, sourced from the Great Southern and Margaret River regions. The wine was crafted under the expertise of viticulturist Glen Harding, focusing on creating a harmonious and approachable profile. With an alcohol content of 14.5%, pH of 3.62, and total acidity of 6.01 g/L, this wine offers a balanced and enjoyable experience.

The 2022 vintage in Western Australia presented ideal conditions, allowing for the cultivation of high-quality fruit. The combination of Shiraz from Frankland River and Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River, along with Merlot, has resulted in a wine that is both rich in flavour and balanced in structure.

The cornerstone vineyard is the Jindawarra Vineyard, situated south of Karridale (Margaret River) boasting 34.6 hectares of vineyard planted area. Positioned on north-facing slopes with gravelly loam soils, this vineyard provides an optimal environment. Located just 6 kilometres from the Southern Ocean and 4 kilometres from the Indian Ocean, the vineyard benefits from cooling sea breezes, preventing extreme temperatures.

The plantings on our Jindawarra vineyard include 3 hectares of the Pinot Noir Droopy clone.

Glen’s vision involves a hands-on approach to vineyard management through to final production, ensuring the creation of outstanding value-for-money wines, lead by winemaker Andrew Vesey.
