A complex aroma that displays pastry & crème brulee characteristics , plus stone fruit, white flowers, cumquat and lemon rind with notes of apple pie, cashew nut and bread. A richly flavoured wine displaying toast, butter and almond meal with fig, quince, lemon butter and apple cider. The wine is round and textural with a long creamy finish.
A blend of 81% Chardonnay and 19% Semillon

Lifted floral aroma that displays both black and blue fruits, with hints of liquorice, choc mint, plum, graphite and spice. A medium-full bodied wine with good structure and flavours of dark cherry, black currant, coffee and ripe raspberries with hints of cola, rum and raison, dark chocolate and dried herbs. The tannins are quite velvety and the finish is long and mouth-watering.
Blend of Merlot (34%), Shiraz (14%), Grenache (13%) Cabernet (23%) and others.
