• Colour: Very bright and clear with a delicate gold tinge.
• Aromatics: Floral and fruity with sweet lime, citrus blossom and a touch of spring herbs.
• Palate: Dry, delicate and beautifully balanced. Fine sweet-lime fruit with gentle weight and texture leads to a tangy, refreshing finish that lingers with notes of lemon sherbet and subtle spice.
