The 2021 Smithbrook Estate Field Blend consists of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay & Arneis.
Carefully blended from a range of parcels from the Smithbrook vineyard. Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay are grown on varying aspects on the site, while the Arneis is sourced from a local vineyard.
This is about bringing tropical fruits in abundance. Aromoas of grapefruit, rockmelon and guava supported by a subtle, but noticeable herbal element. A rich core of flavours, with tropical fruits and a mineral, clean and refreshing finish.
