A modern, sophisticated style of Chardonnay, displaying classic Margaret River hallmarks. The 2021 Xanadu is a wine which, while drinking well in its youth will certainly reward with careful cellaring.

An elegant yet powerful Chardonnay displays aromas of fresh pears, nectarine, and citrus fruits with underlying hints of white flowers.

The palate is medium-full bodied offering white fleshed stone fruits pears and zesty lemony/grapefruit flavours. The powerful fruit is balanced by a backbone of phenolic tension combined with a mouth-watering saline edge and zesty acidity which focuses the wine perfectly to a crisp, dry, persistent fruit finish.
