Aromatics: Spicy lemon zest, citrus, pear and a hint of green apple, with a subtle savoury edge.
Palate: Crunchy pear and tropical fruit notes, bright moreish acidity, and a lightly nutty, leesy texture.
Finish: Clean and persistent, with a gentle saline lift that keeps it fresh and food-friendly.

Region: Yallingup, Margaret River, Western Australia
Varietal: 100% Chenin Blanc
Vineyard: Mature single vineyard parcel
Winemaking: Wild yeast fermentation, a touch of older barrel influence, plus lees stirring to build texture while keeping the wine crisp and focused.

Serving & Cellaring

Serve: 8 to 10°C
Cellar: Delicious now for freshness, and will hold well for a few years as it becomes more savoury and complex.
