It is made from a small parcel of fruit from a mature single vineyard in Yallingup, delivering that beautiful Chenin combination of lively acidity and gentle palate richness. Expect crunchy pear and citrus, hints of tropical fruit, and a subtle saline, oyster shell character that keeps everything clean and moreish.
