The wine shows lovely fresh aromas of peach and melon with softly perfumed tones. The fruit flavours combine tropical hints and punchy ripe characters which are balanced by crisp acidity. The wine has great structure and overall elegance. Fermented in French Oak.
This is a dry style which makes an ideal partner with seafood, risotto and pasta dishes.
