Pemberton Pinot Noir

Spiced | Earthy | Purity

The inaugural Invitational Pinot Noir from Duke’s marks an exciting evolution for this Great Southern icon. Sourced from the cool-climate vineyards of Pemberton’s Koomal Creek, this 2024 release captures the finesse and perfume the region is fast becoming known for. Crafted by celebrated winemaker Ben Cane, it’s a Pinot of focus and flair — elegant, savoury and distinctly site-driven.

Why You Will Love It ❤️

  • Cool Climate Character – A true Pemberton Pinot with lifted spice, sour cherry, and earthy finesse.
  • Textured & Savoury – Expect dark chocolate, dried herbs, and a blood orange twist that adds vibrancy and intrigue.
  • Small Batch Elegance – Produced from small bunches and tiny berries, delivering intensity and precision in every sip.
  • Winemaker-Driven – Crafted by Ben Cane, known for his expressive, site-reflective wines.
  • Collectible Debut – The first-ever Duke’s Pinot from this new site — a must-try for Pinot lovers.
  • 3 Clones – Three different Pinot Noir clones in the Koomal Creek block (Smithbrook, on the northern fringe of Pemberton). They were grafted onto old Shiraz rootstock at the end of 2024 and chosen for their small bunches and tiny berries—ideal for producing a concentrated, cool‑climate Pinot Noir.
