Jarrah is BEST WITH BLUES

The malty, tangy flavour of our Jarrah honey elevates the sharp and piquant flavours of a blue cheese, smoothing any harsh over note.

Marri is HEAVEN WITH HARDS

Our Marri honey beautifully complements the robust hard cheeses with their creamy, salty and nutty flavours.
