• Palate: Bone dry with juicy flavours of crisp apples, straw and a touch of dried herbs. Chalky texture and a sleek, glossy mouthfeel carry through to a long, savoury finish with quinine bitterness.

Leading our winemaking efforts is Dr. Michael Peterkin, whose unique background blends medicine and viticulture. After initially graduating in Medicine, Dr. Peterkin pursued his passion for winemaking, becoming a consultant for several esteemed wineries in the Margaret River and Lower Great Southern districts. His expertise has been instrumental in crafting exceptional wines that showcase the unique characteristics of our vineyards.
