Crafted with meticulous care, this wine balances fruit richness, toasty oak, and bright acidity, making it an exceptional choice for lovers of classic, fuller-bodied Chardonnay.

Best Serving Temperature: 10–12°C
Serve this Chardonnay slightly chilled to maintain its fresh citrus and stone fruit flavours. If stored in the fridge, let it warm up slightly for about 5-10 minutes before drinking.

Ampersand Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Nestled in the heart of the premium wine growing region of the Great Southern, the vines and olive trees are planted in loamy gravelly soil, & flourish in the rare, cool climate.
