Tasting Notes

Aromatics: Fresh citrus zest, ripe pear, subtle marzipan and white flowers.

Palate: Composed and pure, with zesty lemon-lime, crisp grapefruit, and hints of pear, finishing with savoury herbs and a gentle salty tang. A chalky texture and long, tangy tail of acidity provide lift and refreshment.

Style: Aromatic, dry and zippy with fine texture and vibrancy – Mediterranean in soul, Australian in identity.

• Soils: Sandy/loam – free-draining with aromatic lift

• Winemaking: Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, cool fermented in stainless steel for freshness and clarity. Minimal handling, no oak or lees contact, to retain varietal character.

• Alcohol: 13.5%

• Acidity (TA): 7.25 g/L

• pH: 3.35

• Residual Sugar: <0.5 g/L
