Vintage 2025 Summary

After the hot, dry conditions of 2024, the 2025 vintage brought a welcome return to balance. Mild, sunny spring weather set the season up perfectly, while warm days and cool nights in December encouraged healthy shoot growth and ideal berry development. January warmth accelerated ripening, with careful vineyard management ensuring fruit quality remained high despite increased bird pressure. Whites from 2025 show incredible freshness, varietal purity and exceptional vibrancy.

Blend: Semillon 50.7 percent, Sauvignon Blanc 49.3 percent

Winemaking Approach:
• All fruit harvested at night for maximum freshness
• Each batch crushed, chilled and pressed to stainless steel
• Cool fermentation for vibrant aromatics
• Light fining with PVPP
• Heat and cold stabilised then filtered prior to bottling
