Colour: Deep ruby red with purple-crimson tones.

Aromatics: Blackberry, plum and dark cherry, with blackcurrant, cracked pepper, dried herbs and a light touch of cedar and spice.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied and smooth, with generous dark fruit at the front. The Shiraz gives the wine plushness and spice, while Cabernet adds shape, freshness and fine tannin. It is flavour-packed without feeling heavy.

Finish: Dry, savoury and satisfying, with lingering blackberry, cassis, pepper and gentle oak spice.

Serve: 16 to 18°C

If the bottle has been sitting at warm room temperature, place it in the fridge for around 15 minutes before serving. This helps keep the fruit bright and the tannins smooth.

Decant: Being a young, predominant Cabernet, we would strongly recommend decanting for 60-120 minutes to get the most out of it. 

Cellar: Drinking well now, or enjoy over the next three to five years while the fruit remains generous and fresh.
