This Cleanskin Cabernet Merlot hails from the renowned Margaret River region, celebrated for its exceptional red wines. Crafted from select parcels, the fruit is harvested at optimal ripeness during the cool night hours to preserve freshness. After destemming, the grapes undergo a long, cool fermentation in static fermenters. Once pressed off the skins, the wine matures in barrels for nine months with oak staves, allowing it to develop complexity and depth. This careful winemaking process ensures a blend that showcases both fruit richness and finesse.
