Harvest: Hand-picked between 7th and 11th February, 2022
Winemaking: Cool fermentation in stainless steel with 6 weeks on lees for added weight
Cellaring Potential: Develops complexity over the medium term

Serving Temperature

Serve chilled between 8-10°C for the best experience. If stored at room temperature (22°C), pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. To bring it to the ideal temperature, simply remove it from the fridge 5 minutes before serving.
