🍷 Tasting Notes

Appearance
Deep red with a vivid purple hue – youthful and vibrant.

Aroma
Lifted aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and plum compote with notes of dried fig. Subtle undertones of black pepper, cedarwood, and a trace of vanilla provide complexity and elegance.

Palate
Medium to full-bodied with concentrated dark fruit flavours. Black cherry and plum give way to nuances of cracked black pepper, licorice, and toasty oak. Hints of dark chocolate and roasted coffee grinds emerge with time in the glass. Silky tannins and a savoury finish round out a beautifully composed wine.

Finish
Long, elegant, and savoury – with spice, fruit, and oak in perfect harmony.

🍽️ Food Pairing

  • Red Meats – Grilled lamb, slow-braised beef cheeks, or chargrilled steak.
  • Smoked & Aged Cheeses – Hard cheeses like Manchego, Mimolette, or aged Cheddar.
  • Rich Vegetarian Dishes – Eggplant parmigiana, lentil stew, or mushroom ragù.
