Winemaking

Handpicked fruit from the iconic regions of Pemberton, Porongurup, and Margaret River was fermented in a combination of 1- and 2-year-old French oak barrels. The wine was then matured for 10 months, allowing it to develop depth and complexity while retaining freshness.

The Egerton-Warburton family, her ancestors, were not only pioneers who settled in Frankland River in the mid-1800s, but they also planted the first vines along the banks of the river in 1875, laying the groundwork for a vibrant wine culture in the region.

In 2004, inspired by their heritage and a passion for winemaking, Larry and Edwina purchased their first parcel of land in Frankland River, dreaming of cultivating their own vineyard.
