Oakover Chenin Blanc – Lifted aromas of grapefruit, white jasmine and lemon meringue, the palate displays very the allusive character of a perfectly unripe strawberry.  On the palate there is a very allusive character of a perfectly unripe strawberry.

Warmer conditions compared to previous vintages saw harvest get underway beginning of January, with a very hot and dry vintage. This resulted in optimum fruit ripening producing fresh and rich fruit flavours from our well managed blocks. Goes great with Chicken, light curries or soft cheeses.

Jilyara Honeycomb Sauvignon Blanc – Pale straw in colour, with a nose of super aromatic orange blossom, apricots, citrus, and honeydew. The palate is full of
mandarin, kiwifruit, and lemongrass with hints of honeysuckle. Zippy acid is tamed by creamy notes, and the wine has a long,
dry finish. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, 100% Margaret River

Myattsfield Rose (Dry) – This crisp dry style from Myattsfield was made using Mourvedre, Sangiovese and Viognier grapes hand harvested from our Carmel vineyard. It’s delicate pink hue is accompanied by lifted rose petal and Turkish delight aromatics while the palate displays crushed raspberries and strawberry flavours with a savoury edge. Another amazing wine from Myattsfield in the Bickley Valley!

Forest Hill Highbury Fields Chardonnay – Wild fermented. Spends time in large format oak barrels. A gentle and appealing chardonnay of quiet complexity and good varietal DNA. Scents of nougat, cinnamon spice, ripe apple, nectarine and frangipani. The palate is spice-laden, more cinnamon dashed vigorously over apple, nectarine and creamy nougat-like notes. Overall, this feels like it is punching well above its weight, delivering detail and interest in spades, alongside high drinkability.
