Shiraz
Our WA Shiraz is typically very different to the East Coast and displays different characteristics when grown in the different WA regions.
The typical flavours of Shiraz are spice, blue fruit, black fruit and pepper. Western Australia mainly produces a medium bodied style. The Great Southern is becoming well known for it's cooler climate Shiraz bringing a slightly lighter body, but with the hallmarks of pepper, spice and herbs.
